All was really perfect. We love the food, environment and staff working at the hotel

Wi fi network poor coverage in the room.

Stayed with family for one week (16/06 - 23/06/12). Excellent location but service needs to be improved. Beware of so called hotel's policy according to which they do not serve a drinking water during a dinner. Instead, the wait staff would offer you a bottled watter which you need to pay. We and our frends (other two families) had provided our own bottled (1/2 liter) watter for our children during the supper time. The last day of our stay, one of the waiters complained to us stating that it was not allowed to bring own bottled water in their hotel! We were suprised with this approach as there was no any postings in the hotel as to this ''hotel's policy''. Few other waiters got involved in this argument with us and we had asked for a manager. In few seconds manager Juraj Eterovic showed up siding with his staff and stating that there was no hotel in the world to serve a free of charge pitcher of watter! We objected to this as our experience from trips to Canada, USA, Greece, Italy, Slovenia and Austria had been quite the opposite one! We ended up writng a 3-page complaint in the hotel's bok of complaint and nothing! Nobody from the hotel has contacted us so far to appologize! The second fault is a lack of the hotel's beach with the sunbeds and umbrellas for hotel's guests as the nearby Hotel Bretanide (the same category as this one) provides it all for its guests. Given the rates of accomodation at this hotel and comparing it with other hotels that are same or similar category in other countries, it is unfair from the hotel to provide only a ''room and board service'' for quite an expensive rates! High prices for drinks at dinner, paid parking for hotel guests.

One of the reasons my wife and I go to Elaphusa is to play tennis. We were able to play for the first two days, but then all the courts were booked (ITF?) at any time.
Couldn't one or two of the 25 pitches be left for hotel guests, or at least let us know when booking so we could maybe book another time.
Tennis is also on offer.

The food is still lagging behind, overheated, overcooked, unimaginative, a real mass product.

In our room 428, Wi-Fi only worked on the balcony. There is still a problem with access to the room with suitcases or a wheelchair (even from the hotel to the beach) - stairs or a slow elevator for the disabled.

in the indoor pool/relax - they have a poorly organized - separate, because they want - necessary silence at the entrance to the pool/relax. Mattresses - yoga extremely soft - but that's how it is in most hotels. Access to rooms with suitcases is difficult - complicated, the same with baby - strollers.

The waiters in the dining room deserve to be retired. Don't take a banana, he shouted after you all over the hall that he was in pain..., but the manager will bring you back, but after the lesson we were free to go, he escorted us off the towel. They don't serve water, you have to order it bottled, if you don't drink it, they take it away, they don't save it for the next evening. God forbid you order it at the restaurant on the beach, they don't know what sesame chicken is, it really shows, they've never done it before, the oil next to the salad (if you can call it that) is the cheapest white oil (they happily serve olive oil to members of the right nationality). The squid are disgusting, to put it mildly. They're not there with the bicycles to wait for you if you happen to arrive at 7:02 instead of 7:00. You're not allowed in the hotel sauna, unless you pay extra. While trekking into the surrounding hills, you need to put on a tough skin so that you are not moved by the howling and calling of lonely dogs locked in cages scattered all around Bol. Otherwise, we were glad that it was not pouring down rain.

Moving around the hotel with a stroller (to the room) is difficult, even with a suitcase trolley. As in most hotels, the hotel food is too salty.

The disco could be quieter, at night it is quiet but you can hear the music blaring into the room.

Parking is a weak point but it's survivable

They could have more sun loungers by the pool, especially umbrellas. They lack larger family rooms.

Yes, the prices are really too high, so we don't know what it will be like this year, because we've already seen some, but there's a big difference from last year.

Considering that we were there for May 1st, we swam in the indoor pool, which is absolutely too small for a hotel of such a high standard. In the outdoor pool, however, the water was not heated and despite the fairly high outside temperatures (25 degrees), the water was too cold and could have been heated. This is the only thing we didn't like.

No ramps for strollers or not adapted for the disabled. Quite a few stairs outside, and inside the hotel we had to carry the stroller. Adaptation would require minimal construction work from them. They do not have large enough rooms if you have more than two small children.
