Poor room furnishings - pillows worn, as were the bedspreads, the cleanliness of the room was very poor - upon arrival there was a lot of dust and dirt around the edges, the floor surfaces were not vacuumed or mopped once during our 4-day stay, the bed was made desperately, the sheets were turned inside out, there were not enough towels for the number of people in the room.

The provision of coffee cups, spoons, etc., could be improved. Unfortunately, this is a frequent complaint. The real problem, however, is some of the guests. Their behavior is utterly unacceptable. They load up large plates and simply leave them unattended, showing no consideration whatsoever – simply rude. The staff do a good job, but the guests are a real turn-off.

Small room, when it rains there is no covered terrace to have coffee, no beach, terribly small pools, no indoor pool, bad food, juices with meals are disastrous, access for strollers and babies is disastrous, there is no minibar in the room.

The bathroom could be bigger (you can barely turn around in it). Considering that it is an all-inclusive hotel, the provision of snacks (at least fruit) between main meals was poor - or did we not notice it because it ran out too quickly? Ice creams in the bar, for example, are available for an additional fee. The children's pool was very cold (the large pool is probably heated, so this is probably not a problem in the summer).

We didn't get a high chair in the dining room because they have too few of them, or rather, I personally only saw one and of course it was always occupied. The criticism also goes to the wifi which is only in the main hotel, in annex 2 it is not. We also expected a hairdryer in the bathroom which of course was not there... The staff is passive and unwilling... the pool is also missing.

This is not a criticism, but my personal opinion is that there were no desserts at lunch, and considering that everything was included, there could have been some jugs for drinks so you could bring your own instead of having to go get each glass separately.

Sometimes all inclusive is too much, especially lunch, but it's good that instead of eating at a restaurant you can take a packed lunch with you (after pre-ordering at breakfast).

Even though it's been more than a year since my 3-day stay at this hotel, I still remember the unpleasant incident that I experienced at this hotel. On the second day of my stay at this hotel, I chose scrambled eggs for breakfast, which were already fried quite quickly - still very raw. The eggs were delicious, but I only felt their effect that afternoon or the third morning, on the day of departure. The eggs were definitely not fresh before being prepared. Maybe I even got salmonella, I don't know because I didn't go to the doctor. So, since that afternoon I've had a severe stomach ache, with frequent vomiting and severe diarrhea. I spent the next 2 days mostly on the toilet or bathroom. Unfortunately, this incident has not left a good memory of this hotel. One more thing about the all inclusive light service. This service was, at least in terms of the selection of food, a really light-light option. When the restaurant opened, you could really get a fairly extensive selection of food for a few minutes. Most types of food were not replenished after the initial quantity. Only quantities of lower quality, cheaper food were added. This caused quite a bit of bad will among the guests: if you were not among the first, you could not get quality food, and if you were among the first guests, you fell into a huge crowd of waiting guests who were cramming for food while there was still a choice. It made everything look more camp-like. I will not return to this hotel again!
