The two bedroom nature house for up to 5 persons is located directly on the sea, in the bay of Druce, on the island of Pašman.
All the rooms in the house are on the ground floor.
The open-plan kitchen with living and dining room contains a sofa, and wireless Internet and SAT-TV available without further charges.
In the kitchen there is a refrigerator (150 l) with freezer compartment (66 l), and a stovetop on gas with 4 burners.
One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed, while the other one is equipped with a bunk bed for two and a single bed.
The bathroom equipment includes a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bed linen and bathroom towels are included, fresh ones will be put to disposal after each week of stay. Beach towels are not available.
In the garden there is a barbecue and an outside shower, for which the water warms up by the warmth of the sun.
The roofed terrace on the side of the house is furnished, while the sunbeds and a sunshade are available on the front terrace - sundeck. The electricity and the water should be spent here sparingly. Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend to boil it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers for mobile phones or laptops.
We recommend to the guests to bring their mobile phone, so that they could contact us in case of need. The sockets in the house are fit for a standard plug, so the guests may recharge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard household recharger. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driving license for open waters). Boat berth is available without further charges in front of the house.
This waterfront holiday house is approachable by car, on a distance of about cca. 100 m, till the bay of Druce. The road which leads to this bay is paved with concrete (all but the some 300m between where the asphalt road ends and before the concrete starts). There is a public open parking lot there, free of charges. The distance between the house and the parking lot is easily walkable.
The island of Pašman is very close to the mainland - only 15min with the ferry. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, starting from this house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.
Ferry tickets are not included in the price.
Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. Rental is possible during the spring and summer, till early autumn.
This is a pet-friendly house, pets are welcome here, against a surcharge. Please, state in your inquiry, with how many pets are you traveling. Guests are advised to check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the arrival to the house may be inconvenient at night, and even impossible after the last ferry sailed out.
