It was not written anywhere that there are 2 buildings under construction. The house is not suitable for those who want to be alone: many sailboats in the bay, a neighboring building under construction next to the house, neighbors in the immediate vicinity on both sides. You can hear noise, music,...... from the sailboats in the bay.

Disaster, the house is located in an anchorage where up to 50 vessels anchor during the day. We got the house in a cobweb, unkempt surroundings, olive tree branches reach the path leading to the shore, without the owner cutting them. Lots of mosquitoes. Our water pump failed 3 times, thank God that there is a neighbor next door who lent us water, otherwise we would have been left without. The solar cells only work on the sun, we had three days of cloudy weather, we were left without a refrigerator, because there was not enough energy to power it, on top of everything we were accompanied by a whistling sound, which is very unpleasant, especially at night. The refrigerator is not for 4 people, it is far too small. The road leading to the house is almost impassable with a better car (despite the prior warning from the agency, but again we did not expect the road to be in such bad condition) I suggest the owner to arrange transportation by boat. The house only has one deckchair, I don't know why, but if it's for 4 people, they'd better put that away too.

Our water didn't work for almost the entire vacation. We had problems with the electricity, the refrigerator kept turning off because of it. Not to mention the barbecues. We saw an average of 35 sailboats and speedboats in the bay per day. So it was our first and last time.

The only annoying element was the mosquitoes, which are quite numerous. One more sunbed is missing on the terrace. Maybe they could provide an external water heater for hot water.

Unfortunately, there is an anchorage for small vessels (yachts and sailboats) near the house, which is very disturbing because the owners or tenants are very noisy there, even late at night.

This is probably not a criticism, but the very poorly maintained road and the fact that the bay is intended for anchoring smaller vessels are a problem. Namely, the loud nightly partying of sailors disturbed our sleep for three nights.

road - the bushes along the road could be cut down, some signposts could be installed, the biggest holes filled in (but yes, Dalmatia and why would anyone bother if it's easier to collect money, go see how they arrange it, somewhere else) hot water - they could arrange a black water tank or an electric water heater in the house, like the neighbor has, showering outside attracts large numbers of wasps, which is annoying toilet - it gets clogged regularly, despite great care when using it (it's essential to check the drains or whether the septic tank is full, the thing really doesn't work well) towels - we got them, even though it says we have to have our own, we brought them with us anyway... 1 sunbed - what's the point of 1 sunbed if the house is for 4 people? I'm angry at your agency here, because I asked if we needed them and we were without them and had to take turns. beach - completely unsuitable, unkempt. With a little effort, an awning for shade could be arranged and a path to the water could be arranged. Other houses have these things arranged. Take a walk around the bay. Your pictures of this house are misleading about the beach. You have a picture that does not belong to this beach. Disappointing. We mostly hung around the house because there is nowhere to be on the beach. Barbecue - build a stone barbecue as soon as possible, because it is a really small barbecue for 4 people and it is difficult to cook food for everyone at once. Neighbors - very friendly, but it is not visible anywhere in the pictures that there is a neighboring house, which is still under construction and can be a bit noisy. The area around the house - a disaster! Old abandoned trailers, with collapsed awnings, overturned boats, tons of plastic, overgrown and ugly! A lot of feces from the neighbor's donkey on the beach and the surrounding area. (Of course, it is not for above-standard tourism) The terrace has a nice view, but everything else is a disaster. For this money, I would expect the plots around to be arranged. Marina - perhaps it should be clearly stated that sailboats are anchored 50m from the shore and that swimming will be difficult due to the approximately 20 sailboats parked daily.
