Camping home number 5 has no heating so it was very clad the first day. We moved then to the home number 4, so it was fine, but just for your information that number 5 is not appropriate for renting during the colder weather. Also, locking of the entrance to the camping place along the beach was disturbing as we were not able to utilize the beautiful walks along the coast. in Croatia, by low all the sea front has to be accessible to the citizens therefore I would highly recommend not to close those dors.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We stayed at the camp from 08.08.-31.08.2022. The camp is in a beautiful location and has a lot of potential that has not been used. The house was inadequately cleaned when we arrived, we literally had to beg for clean bed linen and towels (we had to insist at the reception several times)
The pool at the camp is not cleaned at all (at least we didn't notice).

The ratio of price and service is unrealistic, devastating.

I also expressed my opinion and criticism to the reception staff.

Overall, we were not satisfied, especially since the price is quite high by today's standards, so we expected such service.

When we commented that the WiFi at the house was not working, he convinced us that this was normal and that we should rent a data transfer. Due to a malfunction in the air conditioning, we had to change houses and the WiFi works normally at this location. The houses are old, poorly equipped,

During our stay, there was a group of English people in a nearby hotel, it seemed that the whole hotel was full of English guests. They had their own entertainment, but it was very loud and disturbing, and it lasted late into the night. These guests then made noise on the beach, right next to the camp, which made it very difficult to sleep. The camp staff did not react to the disturbance.

Agreements made and promised were not honored. Booked second row, relegated to the furthest corner. Mobile homes placed very close together. Mattresses terrible, worn out.

There are no major complaints about the house. However, we were bothered by the fact that the shade on the beach was occupied by those who were not even staying at the campsite. Also, others who were not staying at the campsite drove up from elsewhere and parked in the parking spaces.

The noise from the adjacent hotel is very loud, sometimes until midnight. Pool supervision could be improved. Unfortunately, there are always some guests who don't behave properly. Teenagers were in the toddler pool, preventing the toddlers from using it. Teenagers were using the pool until 9 pm. There are designated pool hours, and people should adhere to them.

Not enough dishes in the kitchen. There was no salad bowl, coffee pot, small coffee cups, or colander.
