The mobile homes have too few kitchen equipment, no pans that can hold everything, not even 1 large coffee cup. There is no oven or microwave in the kitchen. Very disappointed. There is no music at the pool. The beds are very uncomfortable. My partner and I didn't sleep for even 1 day. The homes are already worn out, something was leaking from the ventilation, the air conditioning doesn't work well, the wifi doesn't work at all.
We will NOT return again!

The pool next to our mobile home wasn't open yet. But one a few hundred meters away was open – still a shame.
The bouncy castle, ball pit, tennis court and football pitch are also still closed.

Dogs are not allowed on the beach. On the west coast of Istria (Fazana) there are different and luxurious conditions regarding dogs on the beach.

Very bad wi-fi signal. And not enough toilet paper for 6 people for 7 nights (4 pieces). We were missing a cloth, dishwashing detergent, sponge, tea towel, garbage bag, or it should have been written in the comments, like the note about towels that if we don't have our own, we pay, so you can count on that in advance.

Everything on the beach closes at 6:00 PM, when the beach is full. Even restaurants don't know how to adapt to the situation. For example, it says the kitchen is open until 9:00 PM. You order at 8:20 PM. They tell you that the kitchen is no longer open... The restaurant is full...

The view of the hotel complex is somewhat frightening at first.

The water dripped from the tap in the kitchen and bathroom. You had to squeeze the tap very hard and put a cloth at the bottom of the funnel so that it dripped onto the cloth and was as quiet as possible. I don't know...maybe some service on the tap, because it's a shame that something is making noise in that silence...then it gets squeezed and probably damages the valves even more...I suggest that you get a sheet at the reception upon arrival, on which you fill out a survey or report errors...the houses are really huge and I believe that it is difficult to carry out inspections...the cleaners who come to clean the house can't even check this. The freezer section in the fridge was a bit too small for my taste, measuring approx. 12cmx30cmx40cm

We had a log cabin with a huge number of ants in the kitchen, none of the windows worked properly, and there were no mosquito nets. Mosquitoes that the vacationers had killed were still stuck to the walls; the cleaning staff hadn't removed them.

I would be very happy if we could stay for 10 days.

for that kind of money, the houses are in very bad condition. cleanliness is poor. the location of the house itself is a disaster, when you get there, the smell and dirt. never again a disaster

Some of the damaged items in the house need to be fixed - a non-working TV, a broken roller blind, a raised floor. The houses could be cleaned better, for example, you can see under the beds that they haven't been cleaned.

Air conditioning is paid, but you can't be in the house without it.
