Very loud techno music from the neighboring hotel on a hill (sometimes 24 hours a day)

The cleanliness of the house and the entire campsite is very commendable, the staff and workers are very respectful.

We were annoyed that after 10 pm we had to be completely quiet, because we were warned that we were too loud. We were also annoyed that the receptionist came to ask on Wednesday what time we would leave home on Saturday, and we said yes, just like it says departure at 10 am, and that was not possible because then it would be too crowded, and oh, and then check in, oh how we waited and waited in front of the door.

Very nice campsite, very clean, close to the swimming pools and the sea, very good sports fields, a really good mini golf course, very suitable for families with children, there was a lot of play outdoors and also in the covered area, slot machines...

A fantastic, clean, and very well-maintained facility. Highly recommended for families with small children.

The travel agency we booked with has no local presence and wasn't even listed at check-in. We booked a mobile home with air conditioning. You automatically assume that means it has air conditioning. No – air conditioning is available, but it's an extra charge at check-in! You also have to pay a €100 security deposit. I recommend checking everything in and around the mobile home and reporting any problems; otherwise, you'll lose your deposit.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS:
Tourist tax: The tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to €1.10 per person per day. Children aged 12-18 pay only 50% of the tourist tax; children under 12 are free.

* Bed linen + towel for 1 person 14 EUR Bed linen + towel for double bed 25 EUR * Use of air conditioning 6 EUR per day * Baby package (travel cot, high chair and bath) 15 EUR one-time fee

DEPOSIT
100 EUR - binding, will be refunded to the guest before departure if no damage has occurred and all services have been paid.
