Understaffed service at the restaurant.

- Some of the mobile homes in the front row are already a bit old.

The house was not clean. The floors were not swept or mopped. There were brown stains on the towels, which were supposed to be clean. Considering that cleaning is paid for, and that is not a small amount of money, this is unacceptable.

I ate the worst pizza I've ever had at a campsite. The mattresses were poor quality and sagged.

The house was not cleaned properly when we received it (the floors were not washed, the terraces were not swept). The kitchen is poorly equipped (especially not enough pots, a frying pan for the trash, not even a single cooking pot). The reception staff is unfriendly.

Arriving at the mobile home, we were unpleasantly surprised... the bathroom and part of the bedroom were wet because the sink was out of order and the water was leaking out. At the request of the reception, two housekeepers arrived to inspect and said that they would fix it by tomorrow. How about tomorrow? We have small children, what should we do until tomorrow? Do we stay outside so they don't get wet? Then they fixed it and left, but the water was still flowing out! We were looking for a new house, or it wasn't like that. Then they offered us a refund! After the 9 o'clock trip, they would still drive us out! Then the plumber came and finally fixed it. Great discourtesy! Everyone at the reception is cold and unfriendly! The cleanliness of the terrace is excellent! A bottle and a dirty cloth were thrown under the terrace...we have never experienced anything like this...at least they could have waived the price for the final cleaning, or not! We paid to the last penny!

They are not prepared to accommodate their guests, the campsite is extremely dirty, poorly maintained. The staff is unfriendly.

We would not recommend the restaurant at the camp, neither the drinks (due to glass shards in them) nor the food (the meat was stale). The only good thing to eat there is the fries!

Considering that we stayed in a mobile home and considering its price, I would just say that it's not worth the money...as for the cleanliness, I was very disappointed...we even had an anthill in the first house...and in the end when you have to pay an extra €30 for cleaning, you wonder why?
