This mobile home is too small for eight people. There were very few dishes available, no detergent or sponge for washing dishes. There was not even hand soap in the bathroom. I was surprised that we had to pay a cleaning fee of 65€, and on the last day if we wanted to stay on the beach until the evening we had to pay an additional 20€ for parking.
The mobile homes are located on a very steep slope, so in this scorching heat we drove down to the beach.
The swimming pools are in poor condition and poorly maintained.
Wifi doesn't work at all in the mobile homes. It only works at the restaurant and pool.

The snack bar advertised the World Cup match. The TVs they prepared for this purpose were the same size as the ones in the houses :-) and in general the snack bar still has room for improvement.

The kitchen in the cottage was poorly equipped; only two large pots - no smaller ones; there was no cloth or dishwashing liquid; a wooden deckchair on the terrace without cushions; a broken broom and no cloths to mop the floor; it wasn't the cleanest (fridge, windows); the shop in the camp was very poorly stocked, there was no fresh bread - the shortcomings are probably due to the end of the season!?

The terrace floor is shaky, branches are growing through the terrace floor. The place itself is very unkempt. Tall grass is growing out of the sand. The stairs to the house are overgrown (risk of falling). The path to the house is unkempt, with large stones. The pools are dirty, unsuitable for swimming,...

In the otherwise nicely decorated hut, there was absolutely not enough crockery, some of the crockery that was there was quite worn out: the pan was almost unusable, the colander was destroyed. A tray, a water jug, a larger kettle were missing... In one bedroom there was a decent mattress, but in the other the mattress was in pretty bad condition.

The house was very dirty, we didn't have bedding for two extra people. The light in the bathroom didn't work. There was no toilet paper or any cloths in the kitchen, for starters. The TV didn't work. Wifi at all. Broken fence on the terrace.

There were no knives in the mobile home, except for a bread knife. There was also no cutting board for vegetables, meat, etc. Instead of deep plates, there were dessert bowls. Some innovation was needed, but it worked. The camp itself could have been tidier, especially in terms of garbage disposal, cleanliness of the toilet by the pool, mowed grass...

There was work going on in the camp (installation of new MH). The access roads to the MH are unpaved, but this is not the biggest problem, the access roads to the MH are full of rocks, unpaved, cars were slipping when driving downhill. The shop in the camp is very poorly stocked. We had ants in the MH, and it was not cleaned well either (we found quite a lot of waste under the beds). The lighting in one bathroom was not working, and in the other there was only 1 light bulb. They came to replace them, but they did not have the right bulbs, and we did not get a return visit. The grill that was placed next to the MH was dirty, so we did not use it.

The houses are too close together and on a hill. There is no TV in them, there were ants, the toilet was leaking, the door handles were broken, the air conditioning is so loud that you can't sleep. But it has to work when it's 35+ degrees outside. There are no fire extinguishers anywhere. The house doesn't offer parking, but you have to look for it in the campsite, if you park behind your house or someone else's, you block access for emergency vehicles.

The campsite isn't for me – the cottages are tightly packed together in lines, one behind the other. There's no privacy sitting on the terrace. The infrastructure leaves much to be desired – there are swimming pools, but umbrellas and sunbeds are available for an additional fee. The beach is narrow, not my cup of tea. It wasn't inviting. It was crowded. The only shop is a 1970s-style affair. There are restaurants nearby, but they don't encourage returning. The roads where cars park near the cottages are very narrow. It's difficult to get around. The Wi-Fi only works by the pool, and only a small circle of people can connect. A week's stay is too long. There's nothing to do or go there. The only nearby attraction is the island of Krka. Furthermore, they charge a fee for insurance and collect it upon entry.
