Location:

Camp Kovačine is situated on a peninsula near the town of Cres. The campsite has received numerous quality awards and is committed to promoting environmental awareness.

It is particularly popular with families. The pebble beach is family-friendly.

A section of the campsite is dedicated to naturism. Mobile homes are available for rent in the FKK (naturist) zone. Please let us know if you would like to stay in the FKK area; the price is the same as for standard mobile homes.

A pet play area is located within the campsite, approximately 50 m from the reception.

Distance:

- Beach: approx. 100–250 m (depending on the specific zone and mobile home type; the maximum distance is approx. 250 m).
- Cres town center: approx. 1,000–1,700 m (via a pleasant coastal walking path).
- Pool complex: located in the central part of the campsite, just a few minutes' walk from all mobile homes.
- Dog playground and dog beach: a new pet playground is located 50 m from the reception, and the campsite also features a designated beach area for dogs.
- Shop and dining facilities: restaurants, bars, a shop, and sports activities (volleyball, diving center) are located directly within the campsite.
- Porozina ferry port (Cres): approx. 27 km.
- Merag ferry port (Cres): approx. 15 km.

Beach:

Located just 100–200 m from the mobile homes, Kovačine Beach is one of the largest and most beautiful beaches on the island of Cres. This pebble and sandy beach is ideal for families, with a dedicated area for naturists as well.

Pool complex (free admission for camp guests):
- Adult pool: 390 m² of fresh water (depth 1.4 m)
- Children's pool: 110 m² of fresh water with water toys (depth 50 cm)

Accommodation:

In untouched nature, in a splendour of scents, sounds and colors of the Mediterranean we offer right at home accomodation in our mobile homes.

We have a total of 295 mobile homes at our disposal, located in a pine forest, right by the sea.

Mobile homes type FAMILY (21-24 m2) consist of:
- two separate bedrooms for 4 to 6 persons
- kitchen and dining room (completely furnished)
- own shower/WC

Mobile homes are equipped with:
- air conditioning
- bed linen
- cookware and tableware
- safe for valuable possessions
- garden table and chairs (in front of the house)
- towels are not in the offer

HOTEL OFFERS:

For guests of mobile homes, who beside enjoying the unspoiled nature and clean sea, also need activities for pleasant camping holiday, the camp Kovačine offers sporting activities (some at extra charge), such as beach volleyball, rental of boats and bikes with marked cycling routes and diving lessons - also for those who are deaf.

A holiday in the nature with the entertainment program, children's playgrounds, a sandbox and a sandy beach are attractive for the youngest.

In the evening, twice a week, guests of mobile homes can have fun with live music and a barbecue.

The Camp Kovacine has received many rewards as one of the best camp in Croatia. Also it has received many rewards for Ecocamping.
