I was very bothered by the cold food regardless of the time of arrival, the room was poorly cleaned (cobwebs and dust), and in general, a complete renovation is necessary.

The wall light in the room didn't work, the hood didn't work, the TV remote didn't work. The food delivery is too slow, the older man in the restaurant is quite loud and rude when you mention to him that some food is missing.

The first impression is that nothing is maintained or they enter the hotel. For example, no one wants yellow pillows under the children's heads to sleep on, even though the bed linen is clean. A shower by the pool or in the bathroom would be much better with a little money. Table tennis, if they already rent rackets, ask for a deposit so that the guests will have to return and not steal.

Upon arrival at the hotel, it was clear that we would have to extend our stay by 2 to 3 days due to my wife's obligations in SB Zadar. When I asked at the reception, I was told that it would not be a problem if I let them know at least one day in advance. In fact, I asked about this possibility three days in advance, but I did not receive an answer. Only on the last day did they tell me that it was not possible, and so my wife and I were left without accommodation. I think this is not the best attitude towards guests who have stayed with them many times.

In the Hotel Donat, where I stayed in a single room, I got bedbugs that I brought home and have been fighting to get rid of for a few weeks now. This is the price I paid for a 7-day stay.

I would criticize the yogis in the beds, they need to be replaced urgently. Both of us had such a bad back that we waited to go home just because of that. The yogis are ruined, on my side one piece of iron was already out.

You couldn't adjust the air conditioning yourself, so it was a bit too hot in the room. We were in the part of the hotel where the rooms don't have balconies, and it was really drafty when it was windy outside. We were a bit disappointed because we asked for a chair and didn't get one, despite the promise.

The all-inclusive offer is missing brandy with morning coffee, but the room needs slightly better mattresses.
