Desserts, no variety
The service staff in the dining room seem robotic – somewhat intimidated?

Superior rooms are okay, but not cleaned once during our 7-day stay. The food is very bad, and there is no choice. The dissatisfaction of the guests is visible every day. The hotel staff is not friendly, the outdoor pool is so dirty that no one swims in it and the indoor pool is not working at all. The extra bed in the room is only good for watching, not for sleeping at all. Overall rating: NEVER AGAIN! !!
