The only remark would be about the balcony, when it rained the roof leaked on all sides.
Otherwise very satisfied.

Personally, the only thing that bothered me was the sand around the pool, I think it would be much nicer with tiles....
It's true that sand has a special charm and purpose, but it's just so impractical.

Dirt in the hotel. The room was full of dust and garbage, the room was not vacuumed or cleaned at all during the daily cleaning. Dirt on the tables and floor in the dining room. Dirt on the floor in the hotel hallway as well. Babies and toddlers are swimming in the pool without swim diapers, etc.

Regarding the accommodation itself, first of all we did not get the apartment we wanted and paid for. In the mediation at the reception they changed us to an apartment that was supposed to be larger and with a view of the pools, it was larger, there was no view of the pools, but of the playgrounds. They explained to us that there was an error when entering the data into the system.
