commendations	The stay, the staff and the ambiance itself were very pleasant.
complaints	Regarding the accommodation itself, first of all we did not get the apartment we wanted and paid for. In the mediation at the reception they changed us to an apartment that was supposed to be larger and with a view of the pools, it was larger, there was no view of the pools, but of the playgrounds. They explained to us that there was an error when entering the data into the system.
