I, my wife and my 14-year-old son were on vacation. The room had two beds + one next to it for my son. Unfortunately, the balcony door could not be opened when the extra bed was in use, which we have not yet experienced. If it's called a superior room, which is what we paid for, I don't know what the cheaper ones are like. You have to change a lot there. Even the arrival at 2 pm and the handover of the keys took more than an hour. The report of broken curtains was not corrected for the whole week, so my wife could not read books at night, even though we reported it twice at the reception... Look at Spain, Greece and other destinations because for that money you can get better.

Grievance: In one word - disappointed. The standard room on the internet is completely different from the one in the hotel. The furniture in the room is renovated, but the bathroom is pre-flood. If we accidentally moved the bin that was on the floor siphon, it started to smell like sewage. The balcony was neglected and uncleaned, I think, for about a month before our arrival. A rusty and cigarette-burnt table on the balcony. View from the balcony of a broken and dilapidated pavilion, which used to be, I think, an indoor pool. Crowded at dinner, because at the start of dinner they only had one line ready for distribution. So we had to wait a good three quarters of an hour for them to open another one, and the coffee machines, juice machines, etc. were broken, in short, disappointed. The food was average.

The salad buffet could have had more different types of salad, but we especially missed oil and vinegar.

The rooms need renovation.

I have no scolding.

The plastic placemats in the dining room are hygienically questionable because they are not washed daily, but only shaken. It would be better if the tables were without them. The menus are monotonous, with a little will and imagination, more varied food could be prepared for the same money.

Not enough additional services; hairdresser, massage, fitness, bike rental... The staff in the dining room is disinterested, not enough variety in the food.
