This year much worse than last year. Smaller room for the same price. Accommodation in a multi-room facility Agava, which is 300m away from Antonio's restaurant (last year a bungalow-type room with its own entrance, 5m from the same restaurant)! Very modest and minimalist furniture (no wardrobe, no chair in the room). Slightly outdated equipment - TV (small, 15 years old), TV remote covered with insulating tape, air conditioning (a bit loud). The chairs on the balcony are really worn out - in need of renovation. White stains visible on the worn sofa, bathtub instead of shower. Safe rental for a fee. Poorly insulated building - noise everywhere.
Food - lots of choice, but every day the same, Poor choice of meat - small pieces. Very poor quality bread that you had to cut yourself with a broken knife. Fruit cut into slices - (apples, oranges, grapefruits). There was no lunch on the third day, because it was supposed to be organized on the beach (lunch resembled a poor workers' lunch) because of some event (Relax games), without all the guests knowing that this was the only option. In response to the comments of many guests, the restaurant manager replied that if someone doesn't like it, they can go to the Kaktus hotel restaurant (which is no better than Antonio's). Beer was average, it was difficult to pour from the tap. Coffee outside meals from a machine, payable only by bank card. NO ice cream on Sundays, served only at certain hours in a slightly remote house (poorly marked). This year, the fitness center can only be used with a chip card (free for guests), for which you need to leave a deposit of 10 euros at the reception, which is returned upon departure, but be careful - only upon presentation of the certificate they issued. The indoor pool is payable, as are the shower, sun loungers and parasols on the beach. The transport from the ferry to the hotel was disastrous! The driver had never heard of air conditioning and doors. Crowded, sauna, nervousness, no seats on the bus, confusion with luggage - very poor organization on the part of the Relax representative. The staff is mostly friendly and the vast majority are foreigners who understand English poorly and Croatian not at all.

I miss the possibility of buying newspapers and magazines at the resort, you have to go to the very center of Supetar to get a newspaper.

Not a scolding, but a recommendation that in the future they consider the possibility of purchasing a daily newspaper and magazines at the resort.

The only drawback I would mention is that sometimes after 8pm you no longer get the food listed as an offer for that evening.
