The hotel is beautiful, the view over the bay is amazing but definitely too much concrete and glass has been used everywhere (not well integrated in the area, making it feel very hot during the day and ruining also the side of the hill where it stands. Air conditioning too cold everywhere from the elevators to the rooms, everybody sneezing all the time! The service is not up to the 5 stars standard, even though there are lots of employees, probably poorly coordinated and managed *** No Hilton Honor Gold upgrade and no lounge access except Diamonds. Thanks to Lidja our housekeeper to always make the room shine.

The staff and the sky restaurant with the tasting menu are great.
Clean surroundings and hotel.
Clean sea surprised completely.

My wife and I liked many things: the sea view, the comfortable and clean room, the hospitality of all the staff, the spa services, including the opening hours from morning to evening, the excellent food offer at breakfast. The location is a great starting point for trips: we visited Trsat and visited Opatija on foot.
