Beaches are not kid-friendly. The staff seems to be very tired of her job. Too many people in the restaurants. A sense of the school canteen. Television in our room was broken. Internet connection in the rooms was very poor. Old worn rooms and toilets. Dirty towels.

The hotel needs renovation, but the location outweighs everything. At least for us. Beautiful Primošten.

Too slow clearing of tables during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Neglected saunas that could be tidied up with a little effort. They are the same as 10 years ago.

The dining room was too small and it was very loud and stuffy. The terrace where you can also eat was very nice, with a view of the sea, but there was not always enough space for everyone. The beach (coast) is made up of relatively large and sharp stones.

Not enough food choices. For dinner there was some kind of goulash for 3 days, no dairy dishes for children or at least pizza. At breakfast we missed eggs by the eye, they only had scrambled and hard-boiled, two types of salami and two types of cheese. In general, there are not enough types of fruit at meals, mostly just apples, plums, kiwi and oranges.

Since the season had already started, the beach should have been cleaned up, they were just setting up the umbrellas, the excavator was working on the beach until almost 10 am in the morning, and started at 7 pm in the evening, which greatly disturbed the older guests who have to avoid the sun and would like to be in peace on the beach at these hours, when the excavator was working, we were not bothered by it, but the noise spoiled the seaside idyll. It's a real shame that they are ruining their reputation by doing this, because the hotel is in a fantastic location!

The pool was closed - indefinitely. Waiters and reception - occasionally bored and unfriendly. Sun loungers on the hotel beach could be free for guests.

Unorganized saunas, if they offer them, they could take a little more care of the sauna. But I write this every year.

There are no refrigerators in the rooms, they are an extra charge, parking is paid even though you get a lot of dirt on your car in the parking lot, sun loungers and parasols are paid even though they are provided by the hotel, and if you don't take them, you are not allowed to lie down anywhere in the middle of the beach, except right by the sea or above the sun loungers, because you are almost forced to take a sun lounger even though you are a hotel guest. It's strange that the sun loungers by the pool are not paid yet, but the pool is.

Beach loungers and parking are available for a fee for hotel guests.

The owner has no concept of service development. There is no Mediterranean food offer. Fish and wine are missing. Parking is charged and is unorganized. The rooms need renovation. Improvements and investments are needed. ????????????

When I booked, I wrote that I wanted a sea view. If the staff had made a little effort, they could have accommodated me. When we complained that the view was only of the pine trees and no sea view, the receptionist just smiled and said that there was none. So we didn't get what we wanted and we weren't satisfied. If I had known this earlier, I would have chosen another destination. A sauna was also promised, but the heaters went out. I understand that and I wouldn't have considered it a bad thing at all if I had at least a little sea view.

Very poorly maintained hotel, by far the worst of all where we have stayed so far (and there have been quite a few around the world). The room is old, uncleaned, plaster and tiles are falling off in the bathroom. An unprotected switch above the bathtub that anyone can spray with water. The hair dryer is taped shut... The dining room in the hotel is too small for the capacity of the hotel. For dinner and breakfast, there were real "fights" to even get a table. In short, the hotel does not deserve even 1 star, let alone 3 as it has.

Completely run-down rooms.

Considering the price of a vacation in the premier rooms, the Zora Hotel should invest a little more attention in small repairs in the rooms (which do not require much investment), such as repairing drawers that do not close properly, wardrobe doors, and they could also invest something in renovating the sauna, as it is a bit sad (even though you are at the seaside in the summer, a sauna is a must for us sauna lovers).

The rooms are clean and partly renovated, but the decorative elements such as the doors are still old.

The hotel is not renovated. They fixed the exterior paint and laid the ethos, replaced a few small things, but the essence is still from the 70s-80s. Toilet without ventilation (even the hotel one)? On the beach, instead of lifeguards, there are money collectors (very inhospitable locals who chase hotel guests from the hotel beach?) The essence is to sell hotel services, umbrellas and sun loungers, not to clean the beach, arrange the surroundings, have satisfied guests. The stone paths are dangerous even for walking, as they are not maintained. Driving with (baby) strollers is a rodeo. For this price, I would have expected more. The food was even better, although here too .... The view of the sea is a view of pine trees. Only the location and the cropped pictures save them... Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of these beauties in the end.
