Hello, I was your guest again in July. This year I had a special occasion: my 70th birthday. I spent nine wonderful days with my family. Everything was perfect, even our granddaughter's birthday – you organized it wonderfully, and we all had a great time. Unfortunately, we experienced a hurricane at the hotel. But you handled this event professionally. Thank you to the entire team. We hope to visit you again often. The only thing that bothered us was the many dogs, or rather, their intolerant owners. But you discreetly addressed this. We are already looking forward to seeing you again. Thank you very much.
