They have the nerve to call it a hotel. No lobby, no bar area to sit in before returning to your room. Cleanliness is ZERO; in six nights, no one came to clean the room, only towel changes after three days. The elevator was terrible, it almost never worked, the TV didn't work, the phone was disconnected and left on a table, NO drawers to put your clothes in, etc. A terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The restaurant in the neighboring building is passable.

They could change the towels and clean the bathroom more often. The outside of the dining room could be tidied up. It's also a shame that they don't have sun loungers for rent and refrigerators in the rooms (for an extra charge).

The bedding was smelly and stale, we didn't get a duvet cover, just a sheet. The air conditioning worked, but the air it blew had a bad smell. The receptionist didn't speak German or English. The cooked food was often inedible. The tablecloths and cutlery were unnecessarily dirty and stained, no matter which table we sat at....

Very poor cleanliness in the dining room. They changed the tablecloths on the tables ONCE in the whole week. I understand that the food selection is narrow, but I don't understand that they can't take care of basic hygiene.

The surroundings could be tidier, the restaurant is clean but needs a complete renovation of the building and inventory, the food is bad, especially the breakfast is very poor quality and monotonous, there are no drinks and coffee at dinner, for dessert there is, for example, a banana or compote or an apple (not together, but one every day), there is no offer of other drinks and you cannot buy them.

We were disappointed because the hotel was not even like a two-star hotel. The food was bad and monotonous. The beach bar didn't even have ice cream. The rooms weren't cleaned upon arrival (the carpet wasn't vacuumed). The light in the bathroom didn't work despite the warning, the air conditioning didn't cool. I'm sorry I don't have a good word to say about them.

The hotel has no air conditioning, an elevator from the 19th century, Wi-Fi only at the reception, where you can't even sit down, meals are the same every day during the entire stay, the tablecloths on the tables are dirty, you have to pay for two sunbeds even if you only need one, you don't get an umbrella separately, they are also those left there by guests, no drinks are sold in the restaurants or at the hotel, you have to walk for about 45 minutes for the team and for the ice cream. Unimproved surroundings. Just horrible. Upon arrival, when you report the deficiencies, no one will trip over it during your stay, etc.

The cleaners could have been a little more thorough in cleaning (dust on the door, trash in the corner).
