The food was sometimes tasteless.
Reserving a spot on the beach, some guests leave towels on the beach.

A big comment is about the poor food choices. For example: 7 days of the same breakfast with a choice between 3 types of salami and 2 cheeses, 3 types of eggs and 2 sausages and bacon. The dishes for lunch and dinner were constantly repeated. When the first tray of fruit ran out, e.g. bananas, pineapples, there was no new one. Even the pastries were exactly the same every day. But at least the taste and preparation of the food improved in the middle of the week (different team?). Also consider the justification for charging hotel guests for parking. How else do most of your guests who pay for their vacation come by car?

The staff in the dining room were lost, without guidance, running out of cutlery and glasses both at lunch and dinner throughout the entire stay and regardless of the start or end of the scheduled meal time.

We paid for a room with a balcony on the ground floor. Of course, it was an extra charge. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist lied that there was no balcony on the ground floor, so we were better off with the upper floor. It soon turned out that this was not true, but we did not even get an apology! The quality of the food was very variable. Every day a different chef cooked, sometimes they gave us inedible, tasteless, uncooked food. The beer was some kind of watery slush, the coffee that you could have drunk all day was hot water. The regular coffee machine was only turned on for breakfast and snacks.....we paid all inclusive. If we had packed lunch, we got a half-liter of water, an apple, and a small sandwich per person.
