Reception: English was difficult for some of the receptionist... At the end I gave up a few times.
Food: Soups are poor. Usually made of soup-powder.
Communication: The air condition went wrong at the middle of our holiday at the whole building but the Hotel communicated nothing about this. Only when we asked (like the other 100 guest) said that it wont be repared until 3-4 days. At the top of this the Hotel did not thinked about any compensating.
Next time: Make a big show board at the restaurant entrance and write sorry, air condition failure, 1 free coctail for everyone at the bar for the inconvinience and free tennis and bike rent or something like that. The bikes should be free of charge anyway.

Many rooms in the hotel are connected by doors, which means that you can hear sounds from the next room, as if you were in the same room with strangers. From snoring, TV, phone beeps, etc.

Dinner could be better. Fish is always in sauces instead of grilled. When you see fish in sauces, you get chills. Almost no one ate that. Coffee could be better.

The dining room itself is large enough for such a large number of people, but the food placement is inadequate.
People are hustling and waiting in lines for food, which is not appropriate for a 4 star hotel. The sauna is a bit too small for so many people, but if you wait a few minutes you can get a good bath.

The air conditioning in the room was 25.5 degrees... then I asked to lower it to what was then so windy that it was unbearable in the room... so that when we were inside we had the window open so it wouldn't get cold at that time. The temperature should be adjustable. We didn't sleep the first night because it was 26.3 degrees inside which we also showed at the reception

I suggest that parking for hotel guests be cheaper or free. Given that Moščenička Draga doesn't offer much, it should be connected to Lovran by a walking path. I know this has nothing to do with the hotel, but it is a suggestion to encourage the local community to take action.

The bathroom is unfortunately very narrow, but it was still good.
Since we are older, a dinner start time of 6:00 PM or at the latest 6:30 PM would be better for us. We are 70 and 73 years old.

Parking is too expensive

The children missed the mascot Remy, who was only at the program once a week in the evening (last year the mascot came every evening in another hotel). There were no bibs or similar for the smaller children. They also forgot our baby package (everything except the crib).
