The room did not have a sea view and balcony as agreed.

A superior room with a sea view but no balcony is unacceptable. The food was repeated after a week. It was bland and under-seasoned. Drinks were overpriced, more expensive than in Germany. The bathroom, at a maximum of 2.5 square meters, was clearly designed for one person. The price-performance ratio is unacceptable. Medulin simply doesn't offer what it promises. Sun loungers and parasols cost €16 at the beach; there should be a price difference between hotel guests and other sunbathers.

In my opinion, the shortcomings are: - extremely cold water in the outdoor pool, only formal massages, only one jacuzzi for only two people, payable sun loungers on the beach, the area by the indoor pool is insufficiently ventilated in my opinion, - the bar by the outdoor pool is not open in bad weather, - the mostly identical food offer is boring to me, desserts seem like industrial ones, there is little fruit (bananas ...) and it gives the appearance of poorer quality and there is no local fresh fruit (for example, local grapes, figs, ...), - the fish baked at the serving counter immediately after baking gave the appearance that they were still bloody inside and were cold inside, - food was cleared too quickly at breakfast and dinner! - cleanliness is not at the declared level of the hotel, - there is a disproportion between price and quality

I consider selling overpriced drinks with dinner to be a relic.
