The balcony of room 209 was flooded with rain during a night storm, which also ran through the balcony door, soaking the room. We had to move to another room at 4 am. In room 258, the cleaner only emptied the trash can, did not change the towels or clean. The dust was not wiped anywhere and the window was dirty. They do not provide adequate information upon check-in. Smokers are a nuisance even during meals!

Smoking is allowed during meals, although on the terraces. The food is tasteless and often stale. Room 209 was soaked. The bathroom extractor fan in 258 did not work. The air conditioning is almost non-existent. Sitting on the sofas in the lobby is tragic. There are only umbrella stands on the beach. There is no seating in the outside area. You can get minimal information at the reception.

The hotel was packed and there was a long wait in line for food.
They should move the salads from the line to another location because salads are getting all clogged up. And so that when you need a salad you don't have to stand in line for the main course or vice versa

I suggest that on the terrace during meals, ashtrays be offered only on one part of the terrace, thus kindly separating smokers and non-smokers, because it is really annoying to smell cigarette smoke while eating.

During our seven-day stay and three meals a day, we were not once served hot food from the kitchen.

The cutlery is falling apart, waiting for food. After a night's rain, a puddle at the entrance to the restaurant terrace (breakfast) and no one wipes it away. (Danger of slipping).
