In my room temp. was 26,5. Air conditionig system is not good.No juice in the morning.

The problem is that the food is good, but it's always cold. The plates are also cold, so the food is even colder. It seems that the food warmers don't work.

Stuffy in the hallway before you go to the room

What bothered me was the parking in the garage. We arrived on Sunday at 4 pm (check-in is from 2 pm), and left on Wednesday at 1 pm. The garage was counted as four full days. Even though we had the car parked for more than three days.

Room service was a complete disaster. After three requests at reception, we received neither a towel change, nor an emptying of the trash can, nor any refilling of the toilet paper. Naturally, there was no room cleaning either; at least once a week would have been nice. We had to get our own toilet paper. We hardly saw any housekeeping staff. Management and staffing issues are likely the cause, as the hotel otherwise appears to be of good quality.
