Nothing special

The refrigerator in the room was not working properly, which was fixed immediately after the complaint was made.

The air conditioning in the rooms is too strong.

At least once a week, an evening music program for adults as well

Early in the morning, some carts are being pushed under the balconies of the rooms, making quite a bit of noise and damage. It's probably some kind of delivery or employee errands.

Big crowd at dinner;
Entry into the water is only possible from the pier and stairs.

We could extend the time allotted for dinner or postpone and divide the dinner time at check-in to the left and right side of the hotel. This would reduce the initial crowd.

...the meal-dinner could be at 6 pm,;;;because we noticed that too many children are already very tired and this is too tiring and disturbing for other guests...we mean mainly crying, screaming.... ...you know, we have been coming to your hotel for about 10 years; and we noticed that the food is also different...mainly we noticed that it is not warm enough; sometimes the "plates" were warm at dinner - this time this did not happen...

Booked a room on the sea side, got a park side. Kitchen under criticism. Kitchen rating 3. All 5 days the soup was macaroni, or carrots, parsley. They were bad at clearing plates from the tables. I don't think I'll ever go to Vesper again.

Really a lot of stairs. It can be difficult for children in strollers.

So the music is too loud for the kids. Some parents obviously don't mind it, but it definitely harms the kids. I was bothered by the smoking of the closest neighbors, because the smoke came into the room, and we had to close the windows, but of course that's difficult to solve - maybe someday smokers and non-smokers could be in separate areas. But there is really wonderful air and the sound of the sea, but you have to close it because of the cigarettes.

At dinner, certain foods were out of stock - e.g. lettuce, certain types of meat... The floors in the rooms could use some renovation - the floor covering was wrinkled and you tripped over it.

because there are fewer maids, they don't have time to clean. At night there is noise from the hotel's technical equipment outside, so you have to sleep with the windows closed. The ladders to access the sea are unsuitable for older people, they slip and the steps are far apart, they would like to adjust them a bit

Since it's a children's hotel, the number of toddlers and the noise level were naturally very high. There are only a few tables outside. To get one, you had to queue half an hour before the restaurant opened, or apparently make an arrangement with the staff. We noticed that the quality of the food has declined significantly. Has there been a change of ownership?

The food could be a little warmer.
