| We were a group of 31 people and stayed in Annex A. The rooms were very run-down and unclean. There were streaks on the furniture and in the closets, beetles and other vermin in the drawers, and we lived out of our suitcases for a week. There were no blinds, no shower curtains, no shower holder (it was broken), clogged drains, and the bathtubs were very old and consequently rough and unappealingly discolored. The faucets were smeared. The cleaning lady simply shrugged and declared everything to be in order. The furniture was very old and mismatched. One room couldn't be locked. A twin room only had one armchair. The televisions were small and old and no longer functioned properly (volume, etc.). Lamps were broken, and some rooms had no light at all. The caretaker was truly overwhelmed at the beginning of our vacation trying to rectify the various problems.
