Poor quality of equipment and furniture. The sea was also quite dirty with a lot of grass.

The beds are a disaster. They squeak, they are uncomfortable to lie on, there are an abnormal number of bees in the outdoor pool, so it is impossible to swim in one part. You have to constantly watch your child because apparently the bees have a nest in the gap by the pool.

The outdoor pool, which I had no intention of using, had cloudy water and wasps were crawling in the drain grates, so I wasn't surprised that there were no swimmers in it! In the rooms on the west side of the building, there is a disturbing noise from the machine room, so you can't have the window open at night. There was no live music on the terrace.

On the beach in the season, the needle doesn't fit because places are reserved at 6 am. In the hotel, the animators (the French) are in charge and everything is arranged for their guests, from music, events in the hotel, games and everything else. There is no program for the other guests. The pool is dirty, the rudeness and untidiness of some guests is so much that I was disgusted even in the restaurant and sitting in the cafe at the restaurant. They have never stayed at the hotel so they pile up the food as if it will disappear by the time it gets to the table, the same thing with drinks. Terrible. The rooms are old and dilapidated but adequate for sleeping, the apartments in the annex are in slightly better condition but all in all nothing special.

The location of the hotel is excellent but unfortunately this is the only positive... the Allinclusive is pretty pathetic, they really try to save money, the drinks counter consisted of a self-service section where you could pour yourself a drink, cola, water, orange juice, beer, but all the poor quality and short drinks were quite ghetto filling, between the pushing people and the shouting children, forget the cocktails you see in the pictures, you have to pay for them. The pool is not famous for its cleanliness, it really needs a renovation, 90% of the children are impossible to relax without constantly jumping in your face, you can't even move on the private beach area, there are so many of them and you also have to pay for the sunbed. The food was boring, which was delicious, but it was rare and repeated many times, and we ate there for 5 days, but on the last day we went to a restaurant, they pushed each other, there was almost a fight for food because some of it was sold out and they didn't bring more, or it was too much or not enough, delicious soups, real canteen food, you had to sort through the plates, glasses and cutlery to get a clean one. I won't even describe the public toilet, everyone should imagine a round beach toilet from the 80s on the shores of Lake Balaton. The room was bearable except for the bathroom, because the process was rotten, the drain smell was coming from the air conditioning, it was like it wasn't even working properly, I was really warm with the air conditioning on max, it was like it wasn't working. And I left the best for last, parking next to the hotel, there are up to 25 parking spaces for several guests, which is free, if only they don't tow it away, because the test went smoothly, they took ours away too, we got our 10 million car back for 70€, and that's how the vacation started, of course, there is a private parking lot for about 30 people, well, either there is a space or there isn't, for 5€ a day, we didn't get any, so they towed the car away, right? In short, if you want to have a quiet, high-quality vacation, don't go here!!!!

The food is cold, monotonous, everything tastes the same. The staff in the restaurant don't know how to smile, let alone say good day, good appetite, thank you... The elevator is a disaster. The evening entertainment is a mess. Sports equipment - what is it?

Hello, I wasn't exactly happy... The first surprise was on the first day, because you wrote to us to start the meal with lunch, but that wasn't the case. We only got dinner... We were supposed to finish with lunch, but if you have to pack up by 11:00 on the last day, most people probably don't wait and go home, like we did. There were no air conditioning buttons in the room at all, so we didn't cool down at all. My son and I had itchy skin after the pool for several days. The food wasn't very good either, everything was one hoof and everything was too salty and too cold. The fish was cold, tasteless and rubbery. I was really disappointed with the food, and so were my parents. My mom just told me that the food on Mali Lošin was much better three years ago, and I agree with her. I would give it a 3. For the money we paid for this vacation, we expected more, at least I did. And I'll probably never go to these places again. Kind regards, Metka

I don't know how to put together a sentence or where to start, there is nothing positive about this hotel, no friendliness, no cleanliness.....etc.etc.

VERY NEGLECTED FACILITIES, UNKNOWN STAFF, PROBABLY DON'T KNOW WORDS LIKE GOOD DAY OR GOODBYE, FOOD IS SAME ALL WEEK, YOU PAY THE SAME THING AT THE AGENCY FOR THE SEA SIDE, ESPECIALLY THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE A VIEW OF THE SEA, THEY PUT YOU IN THE DEPANDANCE WITHOUT A VIEW, IF YOU ASK WHY, THEY COLDLY SAY THAT YOU HAVE WHAT YOU PAID FOR, AT THE PALMA AGENCY THEY PROMISED YOU THE BEST, BUT YOU GET ALMOST NONE OF IT, SO WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
