A lot of cold food at dinner

Not enough parking spaces, floor coverings need to be replaced

Double room instead of a double bed.

Bad hotel, expensive parking and difficult to access, no beach, rooms without refrigerators, balconies falling apart, bathroom minimal, too warm in the dining room..

Upon arrival at the hotel, we did not get the room we had reserved. After warning the staff, they told us that the room we had reserved was not available (renovated part, renovated room with a sea view), so we were supposed to get a "better" room for the same price, or a studio in the old, unrenovated part. There was not enough space in the dining room for all the hotel guests, so several guests ate at the same table at once. There were enough employees at dinner, but only one of them took drink orders, and you only got your drink after you had already eaten your entire dinner. Dinner started at 6:30 PM, which is when we arrived for dinner, but the food was already cold. We already agreed with the offer that WIFI only worked in the reception, but even there it occasionally did not work.
