Too many flies in the restaurant, the soup is always too cold, the fish is not cooked well, it's crowded and you have to wait for the food...
The restaurant is too hot, the appetizers are too warm and not protected from insects. No coffee during and after lunch!

The price-quality ratio is a real disappointment. Apart from the beautiful nature, environment, and God-given beauty, everything else is at a low level. The service is substandard, the staff is unqualified, the food is below par (meatballs, chicken stew, breaded hake, the food is mostly cold, old reheated pastries). The rooms only technically meet the 4* standard, without basic hygiene items, only soap and toilet paper available. Considering what is offered, the guest can only feel underestimated and cheated for their money. In a word, shameful and disappointing in every way. In addition to all of the above, it is unacceptable that German is the first language, and Croatian is the third language in the middle of Croatia. All of the above was emphasized in the departure survey, but there was no response or letter of apology, so much for how much they respect the guest at all. Profit is above all, but at least it doesn't have to be so obviously emphasized.

It's hard to say anything bad about this hotel. For me, the only drawback was that the children's entertainment is conducted exclusively in German (well, the Austrian owner!), which creates a barrier for the kids. Something could change in this regard. In 1998, we were the only Poles in Bretanide, but now Polish is spoken more and more frequently.

Handtücher nur einmal am Tag wechseln ist kein Problem!! aber nur von 10-14 Uhr ist verbesserungswürdig!!!!!!!!!!!11
