🇸🇮 SLOVENIJA 2023-07-11 Standard apt 4 - 6 persons, balcony (A26PT)

I would like to commend the friendliness of the staff at the reception and the ladies who clean and tidy the apartments.

We stayed in apartment house number 20, the apartment is in very poor condition, the balcony door is falling apart, the terrace has damaged tiles, the kitchen is very poorly equipped, the frying pan is scratched. There are ants crawling in the kitchen.

for this price the houses are very bad

🇸🇮 MARJANA ZRKOVCI SLOVENIJA 2022-07-23 Standard apt 2 - 4 persons, terrace (A14PT)

WELL-MAINTAINED BEACHES, FRIENDLY STAFF BOTH IN THE HOTEL AND THE CLEANERS WHO REALLY WORK HARD, MODERATE PRICES.

WE WERE INSPIRED THAT THERE WAS NO LARGER REFRIGERATOR WITH A CHEST IN THE FACILITY ITSELF. WE COULD AT LEAST THINK ABOUT SOME KIOSK WITH BAKED PRODUCTS, AND SOME ICE CREAM VENDER (CUPS) WOULD ALSO BE WELCOME.

I WOULD BE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND THE LOCATION AS WELL AS THE APARTMENTS, BUT TO POINT OUT THE SHORTCOMINGS THAT I DIDN'T LIKE IN THE ABOVE MENTIONED LINK.

The apartments are located in a pine forest not far from the sea.

The windows are very old and can hardly be opened. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, so there are a lot of mosquitoes in the apartment.

Cleanliness and friendly cleaning ladies and reception staff

There is a driveway for cars, but during our vacation, a sign was waiting for us on the car warning us not to park next to the apartment. No one had warned us about this before. There was no broom in the apartment, we got one later from the cleaners.

Quiet location under pine trees, 300m to the beach

Friendly staff, nicely cleaned apartment, lots of shade. We didn't have hot water, but they fixed the problem within an hour, commendable!

Absolutely too small fridge, a little bigger than in hotel rooms and I can't imagine a summer vacation for 6 people. Not enough dishes (knife that doesn't cut). There was no shop with basic necessities nearby (bread, milk, drinks...), but you had to drive 5 km towards the city. Part of the apartment complex was very neglected.

WiFi does not work in the apartment complex, only in the hotel.

Quiet, beautiful location, air conditioning works perfectly, parking not far away, you can drive directly in front of the house to unload, service with new towels every few days, various beaches including sandy beaches easily accessible on foot, beach loungers are very cheap at about 3 euros per day, barbecuing with your own grill is allowed.

There is no Wi-Fi as described; it's only available at the Hotel EVA. Direct access by car is too narrow due to the curbs, but it's no problem for an SUV. Showering is difficult due to the hot water boiler and a small glass partition, as the water pressure is too weak.

Highly recommended in the off-season, still cheaper than Italy. Definitely visit the town of Rab; Lopar is perfect for those looking for a shallow sandy beach suitable for small children and plenty of activities. German is spoken almost everywhere.
