Wifi internet works very slowly when the hotel is full, especially in the evening.

There was only one large dish in the kitchen; for two people, you need a few small dishes. There was no tea service, and there was no coffee pot. I think that would not have been expensive and would have increased our satisfaction.

The utensils are modest (we missed a larger salad bowl for 5 people, there was no stand for hot dishes, and there were only 4 chairs in the kitchen, and this was in an apartment for 5 people.) In the case when the rooms are cooled with air conditioning, the balcony is useless. It's a shame about the old pool, which was no longer in use this year.

The work being done to build the pool should have been done earlier, not now when tourists are on vacation - this noise and dust does not have a positive effect on our vacation. The food is also not the same as we ate last year (2013). The price is for a top destination - the food and surroundings are for a 3-star hotel.

There were five of us, but we only had four chairs each in the kitchen and on the balcony. Since the weather was nice, we moved one of the kitchen chairs out onto the balcony. We might have been able to get another one upon request. The pool is quite old and rather deserted.

This is not a criticism, just a suggestion to equip the kitchens with dishes and utensils. We had a little bit of everything, and there were some dishes missing (pan, coffee pot), but when we informed the reception, it was immediately arranged.

The arrangement of the kitchen elements is very impractical, the sink for washing dishes is in the corner, which makes this task very difficult. There are no children's toys nearby.

An additional elevator would not be superfluous, as well as a little more enriched utensils: a coffee pot, larger cups for cocoa and milk.

Since we cooked ourselves, we were missing some dishes in the apartment (salad bowl, coffee pot, small pot, larger tea cups, cocoa.

A very modest offer of fast/light food right by the beach.

It's a shame that for the 2013 season, the price of booking an apartment has increased by almost 30%! Which is significantly too much!!!

Apartments Punta: interior renovation and installation of more modern interior equipment (stove, refrigerator, pots for preparing food,...) and rearrangement of the bathrooms (especially the shower cabins, because the drains are clogged);

Our date was booked and paid for until 10.10, and the hotel is open until 12.10 - according to official information. Towards the end of the holiday, you get a notice that the hotel is closing earlier due to low occupancy. They close the reception, restaurants, pools, all facilities, street lighting is minimal - a ghost town! For unused days, they offer: either use of the apartment part without the listed facilities, or moving to another hotel. The bonus is half board in another hotel, as compensation for moving. Our apartment was planned for 5 adults, a 3-month-old child and a dog. After receiving information about the closure, 2 people and the dog did not come and we, 3 adults and a child, used and paid for a large and much more expensive apartment (3 + 2)!! Well, we managed to agree on a minimal discount on the price, which does not outweigh taking away the planned vacation (a whole week!) of our daughter, son-in-law and dog. I think the same thing happens every year - according to the information from the employees. It's a shame because everything else is really great.
