| Completely unprofessional and incorrect attitude of the reception manager, I think she wrote the name and surname Irena B. on the slip (she wrote completely illegible). When checking out, she called the cleaner in front of me (I waited 15 minutes) and until she received feedback from the cleaner, I waited at the reception for information about which house we left. I wouldn't mind if she did this for all customers. However, all customers received a document upon check-out and left the place of residence. I also checked with all my friends who have been vacationing in your mobile homes for many years (they have animals) whether they had the same waiting procedure as me, and no one has ever checked check-outs in this way upon departure. Considering her years of work, one would expect a better, more professional attitude, but hers was far from it. | |
| When collecting the key, make an inventory of the room or apartment and immediately report any deficiencies to the reception desk. |
