| Inability to access the facility by vehicle, having to drag luggage, no elevator, no hotel employee to help with luggage, rooms with antiquated equipment, no refrigerator, food like in a workers' restaurant, a restaurant full of children running and screaming - in the context of the very high price of the package and what was offered, never again.
