I have no complaints, only one complaint: the elevator in the hotel they have doesn't work and there are a lot of stairs.

The room is quite small - especially the bathroom; but still solidly equipped. Bike room: poor control over access to bikes.

There is none.

The long lines at dinner were annoying. I suggest having at least 2 food counters so that the guests can share the food.

Choose music that's suitable for dancing. The lounge on the first floor would be ideal.

We have been to this hotel twice. The first time everything was ok, the second time we were disappointed! We had a room on the ground floor, with a view of the hotel roof and the sky! So, make an agreement with the agency in advance where you should be given a room! You cannot negotiate in the hotel, because they have rooms assigned in advance. The cleaning lady did not change our towels on the third day! It would have been no big deal if they had not left my towels on the floor. I went to the reception to ask if they do not work on Sundays? Should the cleaning lady come and change our towels, there is no need to clean the room, we would just have towels. She brought them after an hour. We had to call the reception twice!
There is only one socket, so you will be more cramped for charging your phone. In the end, we found out that the water from the shower was flowing into the room. The carpet by the bed and the walls by the bedside table were wet. The live music in the hotel in the evening was so loud that you couldn't sleep!
It is true that the beds are fine and they have changed the pillows and installed an LCD TV.
