| I visited this hotel for the fourth time. Last year it was closed for renovation. The company is trying to turn this previously top hotel into a family hotel. Unfortunately, they are not succeeding. After arriving and presenting the Voucher at the reception, they did not want to accommodate us. I sent them all the documents by email two days before arrival. They did not respond at all. After an hour of waiting, they found us a room on the top floor, the furthest from the elevator, even though I walk on crutches. No apology. Do not expect any service from the staff at the reception, in the restaurant, or at the pool. The beds and mattresses are absolutely unsatisfactory!!! Our stay was a disappointment for us.
