Poor cleanliness.
Repetitive food.

Cleanliness, food, location, the path to the beach reminds me of El Camino...horrible

We were not satisfied with the trip. The rooms are very dirty, the surroundings as well. There is no telephone in the room, not even a mini bar. No one came to clean our room during the whole week, even though the reception said that cleaning is done every 3 days. The food is tasteless, the menus are repetitive, and it runs out by the end of dinner. The restaurant is intended for a small number of people, not at double capacity. We had to go to dinner at a specific time and strictly adhere to this time. The showers at the pool do not work. The surroundings are very neglected and outdated. The beaches are also very dirty. There are no showers or toilets available on the beaches. Not worth the money.

I have no complaints..We have been to this hotel many times and it is great!

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM AND THE ANNEX. TOWELS WERE NOT CHANGED, THERE WAS NO MAID AT ALL, THERE WAS NO SHAMPOO FOR SHOWER, THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED DURING THE ENTIRE STAFF TIME, WE HAD TO LOOK FOR TOILET PAPER FROM THE STAFF IF YOU MEET IT IN THE HALLWAY. CONSIDERING THAT THE ROOMS WERE BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED RECENTLY, IT IS SAD THAT THEY ARE IN SUCH A CONDITION. THE FOOD IS GOOD.

Could the cleaner come every day...

I will not fill out the survey because I would be biased, something incomprehensible happened to me, the cleaning lady stole my mobile phone and some money. Even more disappointing was the cold and careless attitude of the receptionist when reporting the theft, and consequently also of the hotel management. I did not even receive an apology, I could only dream of some kind of compensation for material damage. Best regards.

The only thing that bothered me was that when I arrived at the restaurant, no one asked me where I was or what I was doing. I thought anyone could just come in from the street and that's not a criticism, I'm just giving my opinion.

There are no bins around the pavilions. Dog owners don't pick up their poo...

The only downside is the distance from the beach. We were in the highest pavilion, number IX. The path climbs up the hill all the time.

We were given a room where the air conditioning and the bathroom fan were not working. We were given another room on the third day where the air conditioning was working but the fan still wasn't. But the staff came to our aid as soon as we reported the problem.

The maids just forget about your room. There is no mini bar or refrigerator in the rooms. They should fix that.

Bed. 2 yogis crawling out of bed.

There was no kettle, TV, air conditioning, or refrigerator in the room. The facility was very neglected, especially the pavilions. The rooms were dirty, and the facade (balcony railing, shutters) were old and rusty. There was often no hot water in the tap. The food (especially the meat dishes) was not very good.

A hotel with no medical assistance. The ambulance arrives with a broken thermometer, doesn't even listen to the patient, and bills 150 euros. It's a disgrace and a shame for this type of healthcare system.

An older lady, a restaurant employee, with short blonde hair, whose name I don't know, is completely unprofessional and extremely rude to guests.

Rooms without air conditioning. Very hot rooms.

Beds or mattresses a bit uncomfortable.

Same food every day - 3rd class. Disappointing. Furniture not maintained. Mattress for waste.
