The electricity was repaired after several hours, but the air conditioner was not. We tried to negotiate at the reception to get the apartment next door, which was free. We wanted to stay in the same house, because there were 3 families together. The gentleman at the reception LIED!!! that that apartment was occupied and that we couldn't go there. He offered us another apartment in another house. I thought it was unfair that they wanted to send you away at the reception, let you wait in the apartment and we'll call you. We lost a whole day of vacation because of the problem with the move, repairs, waiting for the electricity to come, we couldn't cook lunch because there was no electricity, small children were hungry, increased costs due to visiting a restaurant.
