Lots of stairs, rocky "wild" beaches - difficult access for children (the stairs to enter the water are about a 10-minute walk away).

The nearby Haludovo Hotel spoils the whole area. It's high time they did something about it. It's a shame for such a beautiful place.

The kitchen is missing some small dishes and a larger broom so we can clean up the apartment ourselves.

The apartments are really missing, as I've already read in the comments, a broom and a mop or a floor brush to clean up after yourself. There's only one small dustpan.

The number of parking spaces is probably too small when all the apartments are occupied. The view of the nearby dilapidated hotel Haludovo is sad, but Malinska Green has no influence on that. The apartment could have had a smaller container or at least a coffee pot and a broom with a dustpan :-).

Regarding the Lavanda apartment, I would like to make some comments about the dishes, there was only one medium-sized frying pan and two pots, one smaller and one large. So you could adapt to cooking.

The bathroom was in very poor condition! Also, there was dirt on the floor in one part of the balcony, which was concerning.

The mattresses are terrible, they need to be replaced. The rest is reasonable for the price.

As soon as we arrived, one of the beds fell apart and then we waited 3 hours for someone to come and fix it. The entrance door of the apartment is in very bad condition, so someone can easily look into the apartment, even when it is closed. The bathroom and kitchen are very outdated. The apartments get very hot during the day, as they do not have air conditioning.

Neglected surroundings, overgrown paved paths. The apartments could do with some repairs, e.g. bathtub, cracks in the walls, etc.

Apartments certainly require larger investments (replacing joinery, renovating bathrooms, internet coverage, lamps at the head of the bed, etc.).

There were ants in the kitchen, the kitchen cabinets smelled of damp. The yogis are worn out.

The only downside was the cleanliness - for example, there was trash from previous guests under the beds - and the sheets on the beds were too small, which rolled up into a pile during the night and you slept on a naked yogi.

The buildings and apartments are not regularly maintained, they are only repainted, the rest is as it is; for example, all the shutters on the building are hanging, some do not open at all (darkness in the bedroom), the joists are worn out, the wardrobe could not be opened all the way or closed, the plaster in the corners on the floor is peeling, the bathroom is very small, you have to climb into the bathtub, the terraces on the ground floor are unfinished, open and without a table and chairs; the kitchen lacks utensils for preparing food, in short, for this price the apartment is OK, but it is not suitable for more demanding guests. The beach is arranged with paths, raised above the sea, you get to the water by - in some places high stairs, and you almost climb into the water, so it is not suitable for the disabled, infirm people and the youngest. The municipality does not bother to put just a little sand in the small coves and thus improve access to the water for older and younger children. There is no offer in the village except for a tavern. The parking lots are public and there are not enough of them because people from the city also swim here.
